In a 4-way block pallet, the top deck is typically* supported by 9 blocks. The blocks leave spaces into which the forks of a forklift or pallet truck can enter from any side. The bottom deck, or base, of a 4-way block pallet can be laid out in many different ways, for example, perpendicular or parallel boards only, a full base, or no base. The most popular sizes of block pallet are 1200 x 1000mm and 1200 x 800mm, but we can manufacture bespoke 4-way block pallets to any specification. The EPAL Euro pallet is a 1200 x 800mm block pallet that conforms to EPAL size and construction specifications.
